THÔNG BÁO V/v THỜI KHÓA BIỂU SINH VIÊN KHÓA 2026 BẬC ĐẠI HỌC, HỌC KỲ I NĂM HỌC 2026-2027

Phòng Đào tạo (PĐT) thông báo thời khóa biểu dành cho sinh viên đại học chính quy – khóa 2026, học kỳ I năm học 2026-2027 như sau:

1.     Thời gian bắt đầu học: từ thứ Hai ngày 07 tháng 09 năm 2026

2.     Sinh viên thực hiện xem thời khóa biểu cá nhân theo 03 bước:

Bước 1: Truy cập vào trang: http://edusoftweb.hcmiu.edu.vn

Bước 2: Đăng nhập vào tài khoản Edusoftweb:

-      Tên đăng nhập: MSSV (Ví dụ: BABAIU26000)

-      Mật khẩu: ddmmyyyy (ngày tháng năm sinh của sinh viên, ví dụ: 10102008)

Bước 3: Chọn “XEM TKB”, chọn học kỳ xem TKB “Học kỳ I – năm học 2026 -2027”, chọn “tuần 2 (từ 07/09/2026 - 13/09/2026)”.

Để xem thời khóa biểu của tất cả các môn học trong học kỳ I, sinh viên thực hiện thao tác đổi chế độ xem “TKB theo tuần” sang “TKB học kỳ cá nhân”.

Bước 4: Sinh viên chọn “XEM CTĐT” để xem danh sách tất cả môn học cần học theo từng học kỳ của khóa học. Trong trường hợp TKB khác so với CTĐT, sinh viên liên hệ PĐT để được hỗ trợ xử lý.

Lưu ý: sinh viên có thể tra cứu lớp Giáo dục Thể chất (GDTC) bị điều chỉnh (nếu có) và kết quả đăng ký lớp Tiếng anh tăng cường (TATC): Sinh viên truy cập https://app.hcmiu.edu.vn/ouaa/public/ và nhập Mã sinh viên để kiểm tra lớp GDTC bị điều chỉnh hoặc lớp TATC bị hủy đăng ký (nếu không có kết quả hiển thị nghĩa là lớp đã đăng ký không bị thay đổi/hủy).

3.     Khung thời gian tiết học:

* Riêng các môn Giáo dục Thể chất (mã môn PT001IU, PT002IU, FTES-135, FTES-150) có thời gian bắt đầu trong học kỳ chính như sau: Sáng bắt đầu từ 09g20, Chiều bắt đầu từ 13g00.

5.     Tổ chức xe đưa đón trong tuần học đầu tiên cho Tân sinh viên:

Nhằm tạo điều kiện để sinh viên làm quen khu học tập, nhà trường hỗ trợ tổ chức xe đưa đón cho sinh viên học tập tại Viện tài nguyên môi trường:

-        Điểm đón: sảnh A1, trường Đại học Quốc tế

-        Điểm đến: Viện Tài nguyên môi trường

-        Thời gian xuất phát: sáng (7g55), chiều (12g55), từ 7/9/2026 – 12/9/2026. Sinh viên cần có mặt 10 phút trước thời gian xuất phát.

NOTIFICATION
Regarding the timetable for undergraduate students of the 2026 cohort, Semester I, academic year 2026-2027

 The Academic Affairs Office (OAA) announces the timetable for full-time undergraduate students – cohort 2026, semester I of the 2026-2027 academic year as follows:

1.     Course start date: Monday, September 7, 2026

2.     Students can view their personal timetables in 3 steps:

Step 1: Access the website: http://edusoftweb.hcmiu.edu.vn

Step 2: Log in to your Edusoftweb account:

-      Username: Student ID (Example: BABAIU26000)

-      Password: ddmmyyyy (student's date of birth, e.g., 10102008)

Step 3: Select “View timetable”, choose the semester to view the timetable “Semester I – academic year 2026-2027”, and select “Week 2 (from 07/09/2026 - 13/09/2026)”.

To view the timetables for all subjects in the first semester, students should change the viewing mode from "Weekly Timetable" to "Personal semester timetable".

Step 4: Students select "View course program" to see the list of all courses required for each semester of the program. If the timetable differs from the course syllabus, students should contact the Academic Affairs Office for assistance.

Note: Students can check if their Physical Trainning (PT) class has been adjusted (if any) and the results of their Intensive English (IE) class registration: Students can access the following link https://app.hcmiu.edu.vn/ouaa/public/ Enter your Student ID to check if your Physical Trainning class has been modified or if your IE class registration has been cancelled (if no results are displayed, it means your registered class has not been changed/cancelled).

3.     Lesson time frame:

* Specifically for Physical Education courses (course codes PT001IU, PT002IU, FTES-135, FTES-150), the start times in the main semester are as follows: Morning classes start at 9:20 AM, Afternoon classes start at 1:00 PM.

5.     Transportation arrangements will be made for new students during their first week of classes.

To help students familiarize themselves with the learning environment, the school provides transportation for students studying at the Institute of Environmental Resources:

-        Meeting point: Lobby A1, International University

-        Destination: Institute of Environmental Resources

-        Departure times: morning (7:55 AM), afternoon (12:55 PM), from September 7th, 2026 to September 12th, 2026. Students need to be present 10 minutes before the departure time.
